Return & Refund Policy

At Wiëd, we take pride in crafting premium cannabis-infused beverages with the highest standards of quality, safety, and sophistication. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, we understand that things happen and we're here to make sure you're taken care of.


📦 Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement:

  • Email us at info@drinkwied.com

  • Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly issue a replacement or provide store credit if the claim is approved.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to regulatory and safety standards around cannabis-infused consumables, we do not accept returns on opened or unopened products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the case of:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect items received

  • Duplicate charges

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Shipping Issues

Wiëd is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of our delivery partners. However, if there’s a delivery issue, reach out to our support team and we’ll do our best to help you file a claim or resolve the issue.
